Job Introduction

The IS Service Desk Student role plays a crucial role in supervising and coordinating day-to-day operations within the Service Desk department. Reporting directly to the Service Desk Manager, the successful applicant will collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth functioning of the helpdesk system, deliver efficient services to all organizational departments, and provide essential documentation and support to users. A self-motivated and friendly demeanour are vital attributes for excelling in this role.

The IS Service Desk Student's role is vital in ensuring a smooth workflow within the Service Desk department, delivering exceptional services to all organizational members, and maintaining a friendly and helpful atmosphere. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a willingness to take appropriate actions to achieve overall effectiveness and efficiency in the helpdesk operations.
